Robert Half is working with a client in the Austin area that is looking for a part-time IT Support Technician for onsite support. The schedule is 3 days a week, Tuesday - Thursday, 9a-5p
POSITION: IT SUPPORT - (Part-time)
LOCATION: AUSTIN, 78735, ONSITE, TUESDAY - THURSDAY
DURATION: 6 MONTHS
RATE: $25-$28/HOUR
- Looking for an IT Support resource – 2 years experience.
- L1 support
- Conference room support
- Laptop collection - shipped to another office or warehouse
- Basic troubleshooting.
- Less than 40 end users in the office.
- Occasional events here. AV set up, projector and Zoom support
- 90% Mac uses
- Needs someone that is proactive and has the ability to identify issues and report back to the manager
