Pay: $65/hr.
Location: 100% Remote
List of tasks to be performed:
- Responsible for managing the entire Scrum process.
- Maintaining Scrum artifacts and Scrum Tool.
- Takes projects from assignment to implementation.
- Supports management team’s efforts in change management.
- Recommends and takes action to improve processes.
- Compiles project data and reports on status of key projects to management.
- Consult with management and customers regarding product feasibility and viability of network infrastructure plans and designs and includes emerging technology and product supportability into design and implementation.
- Provide team with data analysis for provisioning orders in bulk to multiple network service providers using Excel and MS Access; some billing reconciliation issues.
- Serve as liaison between network engineers, development team and customer management.
- Provide advanced support for the diagnosis and resolution of complex problems to ensure minimal disruption of mission-critical systems and applications.
- Leads teams and provides day-to-day direction for projects.
- Familiarity with the design, installation, and configuration services with regard to Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards in order to design the most comprehensive framework to address all security, data integrity and privacy concerns within the United States Postal Service.
- Required Certifications, if any:Scrum Certification required.
- The Scrum Master will heavily be using these skills: communication, leadership, organization, time management, budget management, risk management, problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork.
Required Experience Level:
- Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience, in technology or software development preferred,
Educational Requirements:
- A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is preferred.
