Join Climate Corporation in the role of an experienced Program Manager to act as a Senior Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams within a SAFe environment. As a key leader, you will provide Agile coaching, support Product and Engineering teams, and drive the success of our newly launched SAFe transformation. Your role will involve hands-on scrum master support, agile coaching, and fostering team maturity through effective leadership.

Education Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience required
Required Skills for the Program Manager:
• 8+ years of Program Management experience in agile software development or related fields
• Experience leading multiple agile teams as a senior scrum master
• SAFe 5.0 for Lean Enterprises certification/experience preferred
• Strong leadership mindset with technical acumen
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and technical skills balance
• Experience leading globally distributed teams effectively
• Ability to learn quickly in dynamic environments
