Operational Excellence Consultant Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth assessments of business processes to identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies and potential risks
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational performance, reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction
- Lead the implementation of operational excellence initiatives, including process reengineering, lean methodologies and continuous improvement programs
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress to ensure that goals are achieved
- Offer expert advice and guidance to various departments and teams on operational best practices and problem-solving techniques
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Operational Excellence Consultant Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in operational excellence consulting or a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully implementing operational improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with process mapping, data analysis and root cause analysis
- Strong project management skills
