Salary: $100k - $125k + 15% - 25% Bonus

You will be responsible for:
- Oversee daily operations and P&L of the plant to ensure efficiency, cost and safety.
- Manage production schedules and coordinate with various departments to meet project deadlines.
- Monitor quality control and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead and train plant staff, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
- Implement and manage cost-control measures to optimize plant performance and reduce expenses.
Required experienced:
- 5 years experience in a construction or industrial environment
- Experience in plant/ general management
- Preferably working within a steel mill
