Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HVAC installations with precision and expertise, backed by at least 5 years of experience.
- Utilize 5+ years of hands-on experience with commercial and industrial boilers and burners.
- Master the operation and troubleshooting of heating and air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Apply advanced refrigeration skills to service, maintain, and repair diverse systems.
- Manage tasks independently with minimal supervision, maintaining a high standard of work.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring clarity and satisfaction in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in refrigeration service, maintenance, and repair.
- EPA Certification and a valid Massachusetts refrigeration license are mandatory.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
