Job Opportunity: Regional Hotel Operations Director - Caribbean - 15+ Hotels
Based in Mexico.
The Regional Hotel Operations Director is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations across multiple hotel properties. This role ensures that all properties maintain the highest standards of service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The Regional Operations Director collaborates closely with hotel General Managers and department heads to implement strategies that align with the company's business objectives and regional goals.
FUNCTIONS:
- Continuously monitor hotel revenue and profitability through their indicators. In case of deviations, coordinate with the relevant area or region to implement necessary actions and follow up.
- Achieve the economic results planned in the annual revenue budget and business plan.
- Lead the division's team of directors, providing autonomy and decision-making within an established framework.
- Ensure compliance with the strategic plan generated by general management for the hotels and the area under their charge.
- Review the sales strategy for the division's hotels in conjunction with the commercial and sales teams.
- Coordinate and participate in the preparation of hotel budgets based on the company's objectives.
- Participate in defining the main KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards across all departments.
- Participate in defining and following up on the training plan for the hotels in their area to ensure constant growth of human talent.
- All-inclusive experience mandatory.
- European experience preferred
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or Management.
Masters in Tourism, Commercial, or Revenue Management.
LANGUAGES:
Spanish and English are mandatory.
EXPERIENCE:
- 10+ years in hotel management and leadership.
- At least 3 years in a similar position.
- All-inclusive experience mandatory.
- European experience preferred.
- Caribbean Experience mandatory
SALARY:
Negotiable and will be based on the candidate’s experience.
