Futures Consulting is seeking a civil engineer with 4-10 years of experience in Land Development for a full time position. Experience in creating civil construction documents for commercial, residential mixed use developments. Candidate should be proficient in Civil 3D, Microsoft Office products and have experience in creating construction documents (including grading, drainage, erosion control storm water and earth works calculations) and construction permitting. BS in Civil Engineering required. EI/PE preferred.
Client interaction, Team lead and managing staff experience is a plus.
