- Title: Bilingual Customer Service Supervisor - Onsite
- Term: Direct Hire
- Base Salary: $44,000 with an additional premium of $2,080 as long as they can pass the Spanish speaking assessment. They will also have the potential to bonus as well in this role, and I would say up to $4,500
- Location: Tucson, AZ (Onsite)
- Hours of Operations: 10a - 10p EST, Tue-Sat **NOTE: We are expanding hours of operation in Spanish as follows: On 9/08, we will be open 8a - 9p EST Tue-Sat and on 11/17, we will be at full hours of 8a - midnight EST 7 days. It will be 5a-9pm Tucson time starting mid-November.
- Training Hours: 10AM-10PM EST and will be Tues-Sat for Bilingual classes util we expand to 7 days per week
- There will be 2 rounds of interviews before they make a decision
What you will be doing:
Maximize Team Potential: Work closely with your team to leverage their natural talents and maximize their performance.
• Team Management: Supervise a team of 15 or more insurance service or sales consultants who engage with existing and prospective customers to offer tailored solutions. Utilize technology and proven leadership skills to ensure continued consultant development and confidence in a virtual environment.
• Collaboration: Partner with management and peers to identify best practices and brainstorm solutions to both minor and major challenges.
• Performance Improvement: Identify opportunities for individual and team performance enhancement, implement improvement processes, and close performance gaps.
• Conflict Resolution: Effectively resolve conflicts and achieve outstanding results by balancing empathy, care, and performance for both customers and staff.
• Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as managing time off, approving payroll adjustments, ensuring schedule adherence, and monitoring performance metrics.
What you will need:
• At least 2 years' previous supervisory experience in a call center environment.
• Possess a strong customer service background with the ability to drive results for your team.
• Possess strong leadership and relationship skills.
