This assignment will be responsible for, but not limited to, the assessment and coordination of personnel, equipment and inventory to meet daily planning goals and timelines. Ensure all standard operating procedures for the assigned area(s) are followed.
- Ensure availability and functionality of Schnellecke IT resources and systems in compliance with corporate IT guidelines.
- Supporting the operation in the customer IT environment and coordination in case of IT requests and incidents.
- General user help desk activities including but not limited to all kind of client and end-point hardware (e.g. computers, printers, and cell phones)
- Application management for IT systems operated by Schnellecke including the user support, incident management as well as customizing.
- IT Infrastructure Management including the maintenance of the Schnellecke domain and network as well as administration of file server and the insurance of IT security standards.
- IT equipment inventory control in regard to all Schnellecke and Customer owned IT Assets (e.g. computers, tablets, and cell phones)
- Work organization within the Schnellecke IT ticket system which is including the collaboration with 2nd Level support of Schnellecke corporate IT in Germany or Mexico
- Administration of customer related IT-Systems (e.g Access Management) as well as coordination of IT-related requests and incidents with the customer or third-party service provider
- Furthermore, fulfillment of jobs as requested by the Manager IT Region USA
Requirements

- Bachelors degree or higher
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Much be able to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
