Key Responsibilities:
- Develop MES COTS/SaaS roadmaps and lead vendor infrastructure architecture.
- Enhance efficiency and reduce hardware/software maintenance costs.
- Oversee end-to-end system integration, stabilization, and support transition.
- Design and implement seamless business process and system integration.
- Coordinate technical tasks across multiple domains and teams.
- Lead full-stack infrastructure architecture and deliver complex solutions.
- Collaborate with Operations and vendors to implement and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain and enhance COTS systems, ensuring system integration and stability.
- Provide accurate estimates and ensure projects stay on track, schedule, and budget.
- Develop technical documentation, training, and proactive monitoring solutions.
- Support high-urgency incidents and ensure follow-up actions.
- Mentor junior developers and influence technical decision-making.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in COTS/SaaS development and system integration.
- 10+ years of experience with manufacturing architecture
- Expertise with Aveva
- 10+ years in MES applications for plant operations..
- Strong vendor influence and system requirement planning skills.
- Ownership mentality with a track record of high-quality results.
- Expertise in systems architecture and multiple technologies.
- Advanced understanding of enterprise-wide systems integration.
