Work Dates Needed: 11/25-12/2 & 12/23-12/30 Preferred Schedule: 24-hr shift Worksite Setting: Hospital Scope of Work: 9 patients per shift (6 Day, 3 Night). 2500 annual deliveries. 12 LDR + 3 low intervention rooms (midwifery) Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active MO license, DEA, Board Certified, ACLS, ATLS, BLS EMR: Scheduling need Credentialing: 90 days
