Position Summary Responsible for supervision of all areas within MMC during non-business hours. Ensure that acceptable patient care standards in accordance with hospital policy are performed in a safe and efficient manner. Also serves as the administrative representative of MMC during those hours. Provides service to patients throughout the life span including newborns, children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.
Minimum Qualifications - Minimum Education: Graduate of a School of Nursing program. BSN preferred.
- Minimum Experience: Five years experience as a staff/charge nurse in an acute care facility. Experience as a house supervisor in an acute care facility preferred.
- Licenses: Current license as an RN in New Mexico or compact license required.
- Certifications: BLS required and ACLS and PALS certification preferred.
