Job Description:
As the SAP S/4 Cross Tribe Integrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring cross over
activities related to all the workstreams (F2S, P2P, R2R and O2) are accurately captured
holistically. Along with the alignment, the Cross Tribe Integrator should be able to
provide a bird’s eye view of how business processes will be linked & handed-off all the
into the new SAP S/4HANA system in collaboration with the Client's Global Team using
the Global Data Migration Playbook & Cutover Playbook as references. This role will
collaborate with various teams, bridging gaps, and aligning business capabilities with
the solution and supporting applications.
• This role will need to be able to be on-site in Clark, NJ at least 3 days a week.
• All meetings are camera-on if you are not on-site, including interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive cross tribe activity strategy document
and maintain a workplan plan for the SAP S/4HANA cross integration activities.
2. Collaborate with Business Process Owners (F2S, P2P, R2R and O2), Data Team
and the Cutover Leads to gather the cross over activities and to define
integration scenarios whereas the requirements will need to be captured in
detailed, including dependencies. Once the business process integrations have
been identified and the map is documented, present to the BPO and IT Lead for
final awareness and approval.
3. Identify integration points between different modules and ensure seamless data
flow with validation from the Data Team collaboration.
4. Similarly, work with the Applications Team (PMs) to identify integration points
within the business process flow and ensure connectivity, timing and other
dependencies. Work with NEO IT Leads and Application PMs to implement
integration solutions.
5. You will also need to work with the Cutover Technical and Business Leads to
ensure alignment of the activities and priorities.
6. Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align business processes with system
configurations and folding in Cutover Lead, Business Cutover Lead and Data
Lead. Using these workshops to validate the activities are captured in SNOW for
Ramp up and Ramp Down of Applications.
7. Produce a landscape diagram highlighting the dependencies and timing of the
Applications to S4Hana including integration design, highlight data mappings,
and the respective process flows.
8. Strong partnership with the Test Lead to ensure the Test Strategy captures the
Integration testing needed to validate the systemic integration of the
Applications are meeting the business process needs.
9. Support testing phases with engagement during defect management to resolve
defects at the root cause. Also engage with hypercare activities to resolve data
issues.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Master’s degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience (8+ years) in cutover activities and overall SAP Landscape
environments, preferably Solution Architect experience and strong Data experience ,
preferably in SAP environments.
3. In-depth knowledge of SAP data migration tools, methodologies, and best practices.
4. Strong understanding of SAP S/4 supporting applications both SAP and non- SAP
5. Strong proficiency in SAP Data Services, Power BI / Looker, APIs, or other ETL tools for
data extraction, transformation, and loading.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, must be fluent in
English, understanding French is a plus.
7. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
9. Must be able to travel to client location at least 3 full days a week and more
depending on phase of the project. Travel to Paris may be needed to collaborate with
the Global Team – must have valid Passport and Visa
Expectations:
1. A detailed work plan is developed and maintained to be share with the PMO.
2. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure cross integrations are
identified, prioritized, and activities are captured related in SNOW.
3. Proactively identify and resolve gaps of missing integration point and bring the
needed workstreams and leaders together to resolve. Ensure you fully document
impact and recommendations.
4. Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to project stakeholders and
leadership through a weekly status report.
6. Mentor and coach your work partners both internally and on the client side to spread
awareness to this workstream and the importance of collaboration and validation.
7. All meetings will be on-camera if virtual; must have a published agenda that
includes goal of the meeting, the required decision makers, the open action items.
Similarly, all meeting s must have meeting minutes documented to include attendees,
action times and timelines.
