Location: San Diego
Salary: Base up to 250,000
Bonus: 30%

Requirements:
The Vice President of EPC will lead the construction & engineering team. Your main focus will be Business Development, finding commercial solutions the energy sector needs.
Direct responsibility for negotiation and administering all engineering and construction contracts - utility-scale renewable energy, wind and solar.
Total responsibility for developing the contracting strategy for engineering and construction services, to align to the objectives and risk profile of the company and projects.
A senior individual contributor and driving the business forward.
VP of EPC Duties:
- Full management of all contracts relating to engineering and construction projects.
- Strong Commercial acumen to manage contracts.
- Execution of projects, meeting all safety, budget and schedules.
- Develop strategies for contracting services.
- Grow and manage small team.
Education & Skills Requirements:
- Experience in the Management Consultancy space.
- Strong Commercial background in Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC)
- 10+ years experience negotiating and managing contracts involving multiple counterparts and contract structures.
- 10+ years in engineering design, project management and construction of wind and solar.
- IEE, ASCE and OSHA standard familiarity.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or another relevant field is required.
- Experience in geographically diverse regions of North America.
- Field experience desired.
