JOB DESCRIPTION
A dynamic and experienced individual will be responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of our service offerings, ensuring they align with the Company’s strategic goals while providing value to our customers. We work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering legal/compliance and operations to drive the successful delivery of high quality offerings. This is a results oriented position for individuals that thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The product manager identifies the customer’s needs and the larger business objectives that a product or feature will fulfill and provides product vision boards to articulate what success looks like for a product. The product manager is the merger of UX, technology and business to set goals, define success, motivate teams and be the voice of the Customer. 1. Define the vision for the core products with strategies and tactics for success. 2. Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our service offerings, taking into consideration market trends, competitive landscape and customer feedback. 3. Align stakeholders to the vision for the product. 4. Define Epics for the core solutions and break down into smaller features. Maintain the feature backlog and prioritize using the RICE methodology. 5. Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, technology and operations, to design solutions that support the product strategy and roadmap. 6. Prioritize product features and capabilities to be developed using roadmaps highlighted by core features and epics. 7. Deliver prioritized features to the agile teams by writing problem statements, benefit hypothesis, alignment to the enterprise strategies, RICE and acceptance criteria. 8. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging to drive product adoption and revenue growth. 9. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences and pain points to understand and represent user needs. 10. Maintain a playbook that documents the competitive landscape of our products to help understand the market, stay ahead of the game and make informed decisions about product development. 11. Conduct regular product reviews and gather feedback from internal teams, customers and stakeholders to identify trends and data driven decisions around the economic value of solutions. 12. Utilize product discovery tactics and tools to understand the problem we are trying to solve, ideation, prototyping, validation, iteration and requirements for benefit hypothesis. 13. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, ROI and market trends to evaluate the success and impact of our services, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement and innovation. 14. Write business cases for large strategic projects and work with the project teams to understand the vision of projects and how they align to the overall enterprise strategies.
