Our client, a small luxury construction company in Walpole is seeking a construction administrative assistant / project coordinator to work directly with the project coordinators and project managers for a growing construction firm on the south shore. This role is on site. Work with a great team of people today!
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
- Assist with office management as needed
- Act as a face to the office3
- Maintain office inventory
- Expense report upkeep
- Ad hoc administrative projects as needed
- Keep track of documentation (permits)
- Handle Scheduling
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of construction administrative experience
- Project coordinator experience is a plus!
- Bachelors Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-service mentality
