CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Service Manager / Dispatch Manager for a highly regarded client in the equipment servicing industry. As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing field service technicians and dispatching, overseeing all equipment parts servicing-related activities, managing work orders, and communicate with customers on quotes and scheduling. Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of experience as a Service Manager or Dispatcher role in an equipment parts servicing setting. Requirements for the Service Manager:
• 5+ years of management experience in an equipment servicing environment, preferred
• High school or technical school education background, preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Must have technical knowledge and computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work fully on-site
Compensation for the Service Manager:
• Contract-to-Hire
• Location: 100% on-site in Irving, TX
• Pay: $30-38/hour, plus bonus potential
