Key Responsibilities:
· This role supports our products for Legal Affairs LOB within Corporate Systems/Controls IT
· Provide day to day technical support and issue resolution for Legal users of iManage SaaS Cloud document management platform.
Required Skills/Knowledge
· 5+ years of experience working in Technical Support/Networking Environments.
· Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Ability to collaborate and assist business clients to diagnose and resolve issues.
Preferred:
· Experience in iManage products or similar legal document management SaaS Cloud software platform
· Experience or knowledge of the Agile Delivery Model (ADM)
· Knowledge of DevOps and Agile practices
· Ability to work independently and as part of remote teams.
· Experience in supporting deployments and production incidents, leveraged Service Now or similar platform.
· Experience scripting for/working with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
· PowerShell scripting or similar, reporting on vendor specific platforms
· Strong communication skills
