Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Property Manager to oversee multiple retail centers. Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance Customer Experience: Continuously improve the customer experience, ensuring all client needs are promptly addressed and expectations consistently met.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with clients at multiple levels, aiming to retain and strengthen our business relationships.
- Business Plan Implementation: Coordinate and execute approved value-added business plans, collaborating with key stakeholders for property events.
- Vendor Management: Oversee multiple vendor relationships related to maintenance, client services, and building improvement projects.
- Financial Management: Manage P&L and work closely with the accounting department on budget preparation, CAM reconciliation, and vendor invoices.
- Compliance: Ensure that all client needs are met promptly while adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Retail Center -property management
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong execution and follow-up skills
- Effective vendor management abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize a heavy workload
- Outstanding customer service orientation
- Highly motivated and dependable
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and Yardi
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
