Our direct client is looking to hire a Software Architect to help guide a 10+ person engineering team to deliver mission-critical applications from a full-stack perspective. If you enjoy tackling challenging technical problems and collaborating with and mentoring up-and-coming engineers, this role is a great fit. This team sits in Stamford, CT and the role will require hybrid work.
This is a direct hire role with a salary range of 160-200k base plus bonus and additional benefits. Our client is unable to offer visa sponsorship at this time.
Job Title: Software Architect

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a go-to technical backstop for the team.
- Build out Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate new technologies and approaches.
- Review code to ensure high-quality standards and best practices.
- Help unblock the team as they work towards their goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
