BBSI has partnered with a leading provider of modular and DSA-approved buildings and classrooms across California. We specialize in custom designing, manufacturing, and installing units tailored to our customers' needs and timelines.
As an industry leader, we are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking an experienced Project Manager to guide our team in meeting the increasing demand for our products.
Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within or under budget on every project.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Construction Project Management experience
- Modular building experience a plus
- Proficient with MS Project, MS Office Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints/plans, submittals, and specifications.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety.
- 10-hour or 30-hour OSHA certification
- Ability to oversee the management of multiple projects required.
