Job Summary:
Steelworx Industrial Group, LLC. is looking for an Industrial Project Manager to join their team.
To be considered for our Industrial Project Manager Position you must possess 4+ years of industrial construction experience and 5+ years of experience with on-site execution of Industrial Projects. Including, but not limited to: Food Processing & Beverage, Packaged Goods, Oil and Gas, Etc.
The Project Manager will work directly with Division Manager, Senior Project Manager, Subcontractors, and Vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Be responsible for the oversight & execution of multiple Industrial Construction Projects for Food Processing, and Packaged Goods.
- Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Must have knowledge of Industrial Plant logistics, operating schedules,
- Experience in Earthwork, Concrete, Structural Steel, Insulated Metal Panels, Welding, Piping, Drains.
- Project Managers will oversee projects from start to finish including but not limited to, scheduling, cost control, budgeting, project cash flow, material procurement, subcontractor procurement, estimating, change orders, RFI, submittals, owner meetings, invoicing, reporting, negotiating, etc.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday & Weekends as needed.
- Willing to travel 50% of the time.
