The Opportunity:
The Integrator/COO will serve as a key integrator and strategic partner to the CEO, ensuring seamless alignment and execution across all facets of the organization. This individual will be responsible for optimizing operational efficiency, driving financial performance, cultivating a high-performance culture, and contributing to the development and implementation of the company's long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate and Optimize: Foster a culture of collaboration and communication across all departments, ensuring seamless integration of processes and systems to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Operational Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to all operational functions, including production, project management, logistics, and customer service.
- Financial Performance: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring the company's fiscal health and profitability.
- Talent Development: Attract, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance culture that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Sales & Marketing: Partner with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives, expand market share, and enhance brand reputation.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement long-term strategic plans that align with the company's vision and goals.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or an MBA or equivalent advanced degree, is highly desirable.
- A proven track record of 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, with a significant portion in landscaping, construction, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in integrating and optimizing cross-functional teams and processes.
- Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- A passion for the landscape industry and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the business.
