We are seeking a skilled and innovative R&D Engineer to contribute to the design and development of advanced construction machinery. In this role, you will focus on Skid Steer Loaders, Compact Track Loaders, and Backhoe Loaders. You will work on improving the functionality, efficiency, and overall design of these machines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Work on the research, design, and development of Skid Steer Loaders, Compact Track Loaders, and Backhoe Loaders.
- Component Expertise: Focus on structural components, booms, track chassis, or hydraulic systems, ensuring they meet high-performance standards.
- Product Improvement: Innovate and improve existing machine designs, enhancing their reliability and usability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, mechanical engineers, and manufacturing teams.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in the development of Skid Steer Loaders, Compact Track Loaders, or similar construction machinery.
- Technical Skills: Strong expertise in one or more of the following areas: structural components, booms, track chassis, or hydraulics.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
