We are hiring for a Structured Cabling Project Manager who is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of network infrastructure cabling projects within an organization.
The ideal candidate would be experienced in reviewing project designs and provide recommendations to optimize network infrastructure cabling solutions. Ensuring quality assurance checks to meet BICSI industry standards and client specifications.
While having strong interpersonal skills, while providing mentorship, guidance, and technical support to team members.

Responsibilities
- Team Management
- Set performance goals and regular performance evaluations.
- Client coordination
- Implementing training and growth strategies
- Develop project plans, timelines, & resource allocation.
- Reviewing project designs & provide insight to optimize network solutions
Required Skills
- Proven experience in managing cabling infrastructure projects.
- Strong Tech knowledge of cabling infrastructures, including copper & Fiber optic related hardware.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- BICSI or PMP cert is preferred.
- Experience with Anaerobic or Unicam Connectors
- Strong Termination Experience
