Our client specializes in providing comprehensive solutions to help businesses efficiently manage their IT infrastructure, including networks, hardware, software, and related services, easing the complexities of system management for their clients. They are looking for a Project Engineer who will play a critical role in the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects. This is a hybrid position based in Fairfield County, CT.
Project Engineer’s Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and implement project plans, including defining scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Oversee the design and development of project components, ensuring alignment with engineering standards and customer requirements.
- Coordinate and manage project tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure successful project outcomes.
Project Engineer’s Qualifications and Skills
- Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is required.
- Proficiency in managing Windows Servers, both on-premises and in Azure environments.
- Strong knowledge of Azure O365 and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with VOIP systems.
- Must be willing and able to travel to client sites within Fairfield County. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
