Web Delivery Manager
Hybrid role- 2-3 days/ Month- to work from office
You will be responsible for:
Job Description:
- Responsible for management of assigned projects from Initiation phase till final delivery and closure
- Coordination among different internal functions to ensure smooth execution
- Manage content creation and production deliveries including project status, coordination with agencies for timeline/milestone perspective
- Responsible for prioritization of projects
- Responsible for Client Services, Delivery Management, Project Management and Account Management.
- Streamline activities between Project Owner/Content Owner, BI IT team, Vault support teams, DAMs team & Production teams.
- Maintain an understanding of Veeva Vault, JIRA, Drupal, BI GTM Processes, Digital Channels, Web Channels, and asset creation process.
- Responsible to setup calls with clients and align with production team
- Cascading the requirements & Technical Specifications/assets to production team
- Ensure execution of corrective and preventive actions and compliance to defined standards and processes
- Responsible for highlighting risk or any challenges to the project delivery timeline to Project Owners
- Getting Project Approval on Cost & Timeline from Service Account Lead
Your impact:
About you:
- Around 10 to 15 years of experience in Project/Account Management capacity ideally in digital and web projects, including all aspects of process development and execution.
- Experience in Project Management tools like JIRA and/or ServiceNow, familiar in MS office, working knowledge of latest technologies.
- Experience in CRM tools would be an added advantage.
- Strong written and oral communication / presentation skills.
- Passion for networking and updating with the latest technology developments and relate it to various projects.
- Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products, able to learn, understand, and apply the same.
- Experience in Life-science organizations would be an added advantage.
- Ability to create Root Cause Analysis documents and manage escalations.
- Any Bachelor's or Master’s degree
