We are looking for SuccessFactors solution architect who can help with assessment and drive the transformation from SAP on-premise to Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll. This person needs to work closely with stakeholders and various teams across the organization during the assessment period.
Key responsibilities includes
• Client Engagement and Requirements Gathering:
• Meeting with customers to understand their current HR processes and systems.
• Conducting workshops and interviews to gather detailed requirements.
• Analyzing the client's business needs and goals for the HCM cloud transition.
• Assessment and Analysis:
• Evaluating the client's existing HR systems and identifying gaps.
• Assessing the feasibility and impact of moving to an HCM cloud solution.
• Conducting a cost-benefit analysis to demonstrate potential ROI.
• Develop comprehensive process maps and document key requirements and change impacts.
• Review current integrations and analyze the future integrations.
• Solution Recommendation and planning
• Recommending best practices and optimal configurations for the HCM cloud platform.
• Preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Developing a comprehensive implementation plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Experience (Role Requirements):
• 10 to 15 years of heavy consulting experience along with implementing SAP and Success Factors solutions for Core HR and Payroll is required.
• Experience within multiple on-premise to SuccessFactors transformation projects as solution architect is required.
• Experience working with major SAP industry consulting partners is preferred.
• In depth knowledge and solid understanding of human resources principles, process, practices and regulations is essential including experience with various business functions and knowledge of HR operations.
• Proven leadership skills in running workshops and the ability to influence stakeholders is a must.
• Excellent communication skills are a non-negotiable.
• Broad knowledge and experience in engaging and coordinating both technical and non-technical teams.
