Our client is a Financial Services company that has gone through a large Dynamics 365 Transformation. They are looking to add this Dynamics 365 F&O Business Analyst to a growing IT team. If you have completed 2 + finance implementations within F&O this role is for you!
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement using Dynamics 365 F&O.
Solution Design and Implementation:
- Design and configure Dynamics 365 F&O modules to meet business needs.
- Work with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of solutions.
Process Optimization:
- Evaluate and recommend best practices for optimizing business processes using Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Monitor and assess system performance to ensure alignment with business goals.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Develop and execute test plans to validate functionality and performance of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
- Identify and resolve issues or bugs in the system before go-live.
User Training and Support:
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users post-implementation.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, design, and system changes.
- Prepare regular reports on project progress, system performance, and user feedback.
Project Management:
- Assist in project planning and management, including defining scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business units and technical teams.
- Facilitate meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Compliance and Security:
- Ensure that Dynamics 365 F&O solutions comply with relevant regulations and security standards.
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect sensitive business data.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 F&O updates and industry trends.
- Propose and implement enhancements to maximize the value of the system
