We are hiring for a Client Account Manager that is responsible for client management, focusing on frequent and friendly interactions with our end-users and decision-makers. The CAM is responsible for proactive communication with clients, being a point of escalation, presenting quarterly and annual reports.
The ideal candidate must feel comfortable speaking with C-Suite.

Responsibilities
- Assigned a base of 15- 25 customers
- Ensure each customer is using our most current technology stack, focusing on cyber-security
- Proactive, friendly interaction with monthly reviews
- Manage quarterly business reviews, annual IT meetings
- Assemble and manage each customer’s IT budget
- Work with customer’s C-levels to assist in customer’s growth
- Prepare quotes, coordinate with provisioning and billing
- Teach and educate end-users to improve their computer skills
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years in customer account management, service, sales engineering, or sales
- Working knowledge of IT fundamentals
- Excellent presentation skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Technical aptitude and business systems analysis skills
- Excellent documentation and proposal-writing abilities
