Position: Network Operations/Project Manager III
Location: Remote
Job Overview:
The Project Manager will oversee Lease Savings Optimization, Decommissioning, and Renewal projects, with a focus on identifying and executing Operational Expenditure (OPEX) Savings and Avoidance opportunities. The role requires extensive experience in negotiating OPEX Savings proposals, managing lease projects, and ensuring compliance with business and network requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and develop OPEX Savings proposals, including Lease Renewals, Amendments, Pay & Walk Agreements, MW Redesigns, and Termination Agreements.
- Manage non-POR leasing projects from scoping through application, lease, and/or NTP.
- Analyze lease contracts, understand provisional requirements, and quantify provisions into business terms for critical decision-making.
- Conduct alternative site analysis and calculations on large datasets.
- Evaluate MW clusters and ensure proper MW design and implementation through the Entitlement process.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to compile and manage large datasets, generate reports, and track work lists and priorities.
- Manage the project lifecycle, including scope, compliance, schedule, quality, costs, and change management.
- Interface with stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners, ensuring project requirements are met and deliverables are accurate.
- Provide detailed project schedules, status reports, and manage scope throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure proper handoff activities and close out all project documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience (5 years preferred).
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, lease contract analysis, project management, advanced Excel proficiency,
