This role demands expertise in various control systems, including BACnet, DDC controls, ALC, Allerton, Tridium Niagara, and Distech.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and complex service, maintenance, and repair of building automation systems, specifically focusing on HVAC systems in commercial settings.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with control systems, including BACnet, DDC controls, ALC, Alerton, Tridium Niagara, and Distech, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Assist with installing and commissioning building automation systems, ensuring they meet industry standards and client specifications.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, explaining technical details, and offering solutions that meet their needs.
- Maintain accurate service records, prepare detailed reports on system performance, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be a local candidate with a proven track record of stability in previous roles.
- At least three years of hands-on experience in building automation control services, particularly in commercial HVAC systems.
- Proficiency with BACnet, DDC controls, ALC, Alerton, Tridium Niagara, and Distech systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and fix complex issues with building automation systems.
