SCI, the leading real estate executive search firm, is seeking a Senior Construction/Development Executive for a developer and manager at the forefront of the adaptive reuse of major commercial and industrial properties throughout the United States.
The role will have responsibility for overall turnkey management of specified commercial and industrial construction projects in the Company's northwest division, reporting directly to the SVP of Planning, Design and Construction.

The position can be based in Seattle, WA; Portland, OR; or Reno, NV.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manages all facets of project management and acts as an ambassador to the client, representing the project team to the Company’s Executive Suite.
- Develops and implements project estimates, budgets, and scopes of work.
- Negotiates all subcontracts including analyses of bids to ensure complete and accurate quotes for scopes of work.
- Provides scheduling and coordination for each project including daily monitoring of progress (every aspect of the project) to ensure completion per the construction schedule.
- Manages project staffing, and outlines project plans, budgets, specifications, deadlines, logistic plans, and schedules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a technical area of study.
- Experience with construction management and/or engineering on industrial real estate projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction practices and skills.
