As an IT Analyst you will provide technical support for our client's IT infrastructure. You will analyze system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate to maintain and improve network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimize system downtime.
- Implement and maintain IT systems and applications.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization.
- Adhere to IT policies and procedures.
- Provide technical support to end-users including computer set up, internet connectivity and printer support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and software applications.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
