Adobe Workfront Tier 1 Support
Location: Los Angeles CA - REMOTE
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Job Description/Key Skills:
- Experience with Adobe Workfront, Adobe Proof, and Workfront Fusion setup and configuration
- Experience managing Adobe Admin Console and other Adobe Products
- General Understanding of MuleSoft and systems integrations
Principal responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 support for our client application (Adobe Workfront). Examples: provisioning and enabling users, troubleshooting access issues, submitting Adobe support tickets, configuration updates, configuring reports, analyzing automation and data errors.
