Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
- 4-5+ years of relevant Workday Integration development experience
- Expertise in Workday Studio / Report Designer (BIRT), Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors & Document Transformations, Calculated Fields, Report Writer / RaaS (Reports-as-a-Service), Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML, XSLT, xPath and JSON
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Senior Workday Integration Specialist/Programmer Analyst
- Currently seeking an experienced Workday integration specialist to join the HR Systems Workday product team who is an expert in Workday integration development and configuration of Workday business process solutions.
- Requires deep expertise in Workday module set up and related integration development. The resource will join a team of developers and configurators to design, program, test, implement and document complex computing solutions.
- The resource will write and compile complex code based on the documented design that integrates application software and delivery subsystems for specific applications.
- The resource will perform modifications or system upgrades to maintain functionality and performance, identify and recommend improvements, and resolve complex programming problems.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Use Workday expertise and technical proficiency to gather requirements, design, develop, test and implement Workday integration solutions between new/existing systems, both internal and external, based on business requirements and industry standards
- Write workday integrations test cases and support with existing workday integrations.
- Demonstrate leadership and ability to work collaboratively and independently to deliver work product in an Agile software delivery environment
- Deliver on-going production support for integrations, including testing during Workday bi-annual releases
- Develop, support, and manage application code, user interfaces, and third-party integration components for Workday solution using Workday Studio / Report Designer (BIRT), Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors & Document Transformations, Calculated Fields, Report Writer / RaaS (Reports-as-a-Service), Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML, XSLT, xPath and JSON
- Document solutions and processes, establish and deploy best practices/standards
- Conduct functional analysis to gather, evaluate, and create end user requirements. Understand the implications of existing Workday integration and/or configuration choices made and determine optimal technical solution(s) to resolve problem statements. Collaborate across IT product teams and work cross-functionally (with other value streams, business process owners, functional SMEs, super-users, and end-users) to ensure and deploy a cohesive system solution
- Understand and adhere to SOx processes to ensure compliance to system controls and regulations
- Support Workday configuration and related workflow solutions across core HCM and other system modules
