At Soar Autism Center, our care model is based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a care program adapted to the unique learning needs of children with early autism. By integrating child development best practices and behavior analysis, we help these children grow, learn, and thrive in their everyday experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary child care giver, being directly responsible for teaching new skills to the child in a 1:1 setting, ensuring their comprehensive growth
Engage the child in a play-based routine, transforming everyday child care moments into opportunities for teaching and nurturing essential life skills
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to design and implement individualized developmental plans, upholding the principles of the ESDM and maintaining fidelity to Soar's model
Build and maintain strong relationships with families, offering regular insights on their child's progress and providing guidance rooted in best child care practices
Qualifications:
Genuine interest and prior experience in child care roles such as daycare, nannying, or similar positions, or similar or related educational experiences (e.g. bachelors in psychology or child development)
Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for building connections with young children and their families
Works effectively on a team

$20.50-$26.00/hour with regular bonus and promotion opportunities. All staff members are considered every 3 months for a raise or promotion
