MUST have an active PMP certification
- Minimum 15 years of overall experience which includes 13+ years' experience as a project manager and delivering large, complex facilities/construction projects (15-30 projects in last 5 years) in large enterprise companies. Well-versed in the infrastructure & infrastructure technology section of JD and has delivered these projects in PIM/PMBOK-driven, rigorous PPMO (50%)
- Must have Active PMP certification and engineering degree.
- - Executive Presence & Communication Skills (25%)
- - IT/Professional Engineering background (with degree in engineering) (15%)
- - Experience using enterprise PPM tools to manage schedules/budgets/resources (Planview, MSPO, ServiceNow, Primavera, etc.) (5%)

- Open to going in the office 3-5 days per week
- warehouse management, warehouse control or wave control system platform, SCM, Honeywell, is a bonus & warehouse operation is a huge bonus.
- Power distribution including UPSs, PDUs, ATSs, generators, as well as NEMA power receptacles (and common power whip voltages/amps for MDFs and IDFs), and NEMA enclosure standards
- VMware/HyperV general knowledge a plus.
General understanding of power distribution IDS/ IES/ IT closets
Ability to take architectural drawings and take a look at mechanical engineering and plumbing and reflected ceiling plans and understand notations, and schedules, converse with business parties, understand structural technical impact
General knowledge of certificate of occupancy, permits, and what can/cannot do, etc.
Working knowledge of Procore, optional
General understanding and working knowledge of the following:
o End-to-end network components (network switches, routers, firewalls)
o End-to-end WAN components (MPLS, Internet, DMVPN)
o VoIP/Unified Communications/Overhead Paging
o Enterprise video conference and collaboration solutions
o Virtualization solutions: VMWare, Hyper-V
o Compute/Storage technology stack: Blade servers, vSANs
o Database: SQL, Oracle
o Low voltage cabling terminology, architecture, and standards:
• Panduit solutions
• ANSI/TIA standards, J-STD standards, ISO/IEC standards, NEC standards, and BISCI standards
• MDF/IDF architecture
• Ethernet specifications and distance limitations
• Copper and fiber standards
