Title: Voip Engineer
Location: 100% Onsite in San Antonio, TX
A large healthcare client is looking for a Voip Engineer. The right individual for this role will work on Tier 2 level tickets and projects. Required Experience:
- 3+ Years of VoIP Admin Experience
- Heavy Cisco environment Experience
- Cisco Call Manager/Cisco Unified Communications System Experience
Additional Preferred Experience - not required:
- Network Engineer Experience
- Firewall Experience- Cisco
- Cisco Meraki Experience
- Load balancer experience (NetScaler preferred)
- Rack and Stack experience
- SolarWinds experience
- VPN Experience
- Ansible and/or scripting experience
- Healthcare exposure
- ITIL
