Job Description
The Service Coordinator will be responsible for the effective coordination of Service Technician scheduling and administration, collaborating with other functions, and use their organizational skills to guide the Service team to success.
Reporting to the Service Supervisor, this opportunity will allow you to understand the needs of the client, prepare accurate and timely quotations, and coordinate the delivery of parts and services to meet the client expectations.
This person will lead the raising of non-conformance reports and communicate with Quality and Engineering departments for warranty related issues and be responsible for generating, maintaining, and closing service orders.
Qualifications
Experience Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multi-tasks and organize priorities
- Understanding of basic electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, MTMS
- Experience of working in a practical engineering environment

- Technically minded
- Demonstrates an ability to work in dynamic with difficult situations where the clients are focused on an expeditious resolution.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
