Job Title: Maximo EAM Program Manager / Delivery Manager

Job Description:
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program / Delivery Manager to oversee the deployment of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) within our client sites. This role will focus on managing multiple IT workstreams at client, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and overseeing global team for the technical deployment. The Program Manager will ensure that the project meets its objectives related to asset management, work management, and other essential modules while aligning with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end deployment of latest version of IBM Maximo MAS across the client organization.
Develop and maintain the program roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and internal stakeholders.
Drives a global team to meet all contractual obligations, deliverables, and timelines.
Coordinate with the integration stakeholders to manage resources, budgets, and schedules effectively.
Facilitate regular communication and reporting to senior leadership on program status, risks, and issues.
Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed and aligned with the program’s objectives.
Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues throughout the program lifecycle.
Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address potential risks that could impact the project’s success.
Conduct regular reviews to ensure that deliverables meet the required quality criteria.
Monitor post-implementation performance and address any issues related to change
Required Skill
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT Project / Program management, with at least 3 years of experience managing large-scale enterprise implementations within hospitality sector.
Proven experience with IBM Maximo MAS, including modules like asset management.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet business needs.
