Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Product Business Analyst who works with the business partners within multiple business units to align technology solutions with business strategies. The ideal candidate will also provide advanced technical and consultative support to other team members.
They will also maintain in-depth knowledge of applications and stays current in technical enhancements, methodologies and trends related to the assigned applications. This is a hybrid role located in Columbus, OH, Minneapolis, MN, Detroit, MI, Flint, MI, Akron, OH, and Chicago, IL.
Duties:
- Build relationships with business partners who leverage ServiceNow with a goal to understand their needs, advocate on their behalf, maintain platform designed standards and governance, and communicate effectively between business and technical users
- Develop an in-depth understanding of complex business processes and functional behaviors of assigned applications, potential design and integration of technical solutions, including upstream and downstream dependencies and impacts
- Work with key stakeholders to capture business and user requirements as well as establish and strengthen the relationship between teams
Desired Skills/Experience:
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its modules
- Business analysis skills to understand and document requirements
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Understanding of ITIL processes and how they map to ServiceNow
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools
