They are looking to hire a OCIP/CCIP Administrator for a confidential mega project in Byhalia, MS.
You do not need to be based in this location as this can be a traveling role with per diem available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the OCIP or CCIP, ensuring all aspects of the insurance program are implemented according to plan.
- Enrolment and Documentation: Administer the enrollment process for all contractors and subcontractors, ensuring they meet the criteria for participation in the OCIP/CCIP.
- Claims Management: Monitor and manage claims under the OCIP/CCIP, coordinating with insurance adjusters, legal counsel, and project stakeholders to facilitate timely and fair resolution of claims.
- Compliance and Auditing: Ensure all project participants comply with the insurance program's requirements, including safety protocols and reporting procedures.
- Communication and Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the OCIP/CCIP, providing guidance and support to project teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Financial Management: Monitor and manage the financial aspects of the OCIP/CCIP, including tracking premiums, deductibles, and claims costs.
- Risk Management and Loss Prevention: Collaborate with project teams to identify potential risks and implement loss prevention measures to mitigate those risks.
