About the role:
Savills, a global leader in corporate real estate services, is actively seeking a Corporate Real Estate Innovation Analyst to join our Seattle-based brokerage team for a 24-month intensive training period. This is an on-site role, ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about transforming corporate real estate through innovation and technology. While a background in commercial real estate is not required, ideal candidates should have experience in client-facing sales or customer service and a strong curiosity about how AI can be used to enhance processes and improve the client experience.
We are looking for someone eager to pursue commercial real estate as a long-term profession, driven by a desire to innovate and create lasting value for our clients. The successful candidate will help us integrate AI into our brokerage operations, focusing on tenant representation, business development, and client retention, while bringing a fresh perspective to how we deliver superior client service.
Specific responsibilities to include:
- Innovate and implement AI-driven solutions that streamline workflows and elevate the quality of client service, enhancing both efficiency and accuracy.
- Analyze and interpret data from various sources to provide actionable insights that drive business development and support client services.
- Collaborate with brokerage, marketing, and tech teams to ensure AI-driven strategies align with client needs and business goals, driving transformation in client service.
- Develop tools and strategies that address the unique priorities and challenges of each client, facilitating informed decision-making and superior outcomes.
- Commit to ongoing professional growth, participating in training sessions and networking with peers to stay at the forefront of industry innovations.
- Lead the creation of AI-driven marketing materials that effectively support and advance brokerage initiatives, with a focus on client service excellence.
Qualifications:
- BA or BS degree in business or a related field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in client-facing sales or customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Strong curiosity about AI and technology, with an interest in how these tools can improve processes and client outcomes.
- Analytical mindset and a growth-oriented approach to problem-solving, with the ability to convey complex AI concepts in a clear and actionable manner.
