The purpose of this Building Engineer opening is to support the Building Automation team to our direct clients.
Knowledge Skill:
The Building Engineer will need to support the following.
Web system implementation, Data structure (relational database, non-relational database), field devices integration.
Responsibilities :
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to understand client needs and project requirements.
• Design and develop comprehensive smart building solutions using the latest technologies and industry best practices.
• Select and specify hardware and software components for building automation systems (BAS), including HVAC, lighting, security, and other relevant systems.
• Develop custom applications and integrations to connect different smart building systems and enable data flow for improved efficiency and automation.
• Configure and commission smart building systems to ensure functionality and performance.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in smart building technology.
• Continuously research and recommend new technologies to improve our solutions.
• Document technical solutions and processes.i
Other requirement:
• Bachelor´s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in building automation systems (BAS) or a related field.
• Strong understanding of smart building technologies, protocols, and applications.
• Experience with programming languages (e.g., HTML5, JavaScript, Python, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
