Job Overview:
We are looking to a hire a commercial Project Manager to oversee a $12M ground up project. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, budgeting, and supervising construction projects from development to completion. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in construction management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints.
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
