The Operations Supervisor – Maintenance will oversee and coordinate the safe and efficient operation of assigned maintenance work units through subordinate supervisors. This role plays a critical part in ensuring production continuity, adherence to safety protocols, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Focus:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance operations to achieve production goals as per the established schedules.
- Provide input for maintenance planning and ensure alignment with production objectives.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor work unit performance and achievement of operational targets.
- Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams including Maintenance, Processing, Engineering, Safety, and Environmental departments.
- Directly supervise and support first-line supervisors or shift leaders.
- Perform additional duties as required to support operational needs.
Skill Set:
- High School diploma or GED with seven (7) years of related operational experience, including supervisory or lead experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a technical mining-related discipline with three (3) years of operational experience, including supervisory or lead experience.
- Knowledge of supervisory methods and techniques.
- Skilled in resolving day-to-day questions/problems regarding equipment, materials, methods, and procedures needed to complete projects.
- Skilled in budget preparation, monitoring, and administration.
- Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
- Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
