Pay Rate: $75.10 - $82.96/hr ($156,208 - $172,556.80/yr)
Duration: 6-12 month contract

Job Overview:
Insight Global is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to design and build hardware testing pipelines, write data into CSV files using Python, and improve software development infrastructure.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- 2+ years of Python coding experience
- Competence in building developer tools & testing frameworks
- Proficiency in test automation scripting
- Familiarity with data storage, transfer, and processing infrastructure
- Proficiency in SQL or similar data management language
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with PHP/Hack
- Proficiency with JavaScript
Day to Day:
- Lead/contribute to engineering efforts from design to implementation.
- Solve complex technical challenges around developer and engineering productivity and velocity.
- Design and build a hardware testing pipeline to convert Python scripts to CSV and process/transfer data efficiently.
- Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to develop performant and well-engineered solutions.
- Develop using best practices in code health, testing, and maintainability.
- Improve hardware testing tools and infrastructure to enhance build stability and team iteration time.
