Job Summary: The Director of IT Services will lead the strategic direction, management, and delivery of all IT services provided to our clients. This role demands a highly experienced professional with deep knowledge of IT service delivery in an MSP environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage complex IT infrastructures, lead technical teams, and ensure the consistent, high-quality delivery of IT services that meet client needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing IT services team, ensuring continuous professional growth and adherence to best practices.
- Hands-On Technical Work: Jump in and perform highly technical tasks as needed, particularly in the initial stages of the role. The ability to manage and execute complex IT projects and solve advanced technical issues is crucial as you build and expand the team.
- Service Ownership: Take complete ownership of the IT services provided to our clients, from daily operations to long-term strategy.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary IT services contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored, high-quality solutions.
- IT Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement IT service strategies that align with client objectives and drive business growth.
- Project Management: Oversee and ensure the successful delivery of IT projects, meeting deadlines, budget requirements, and client expectations.
- Service Quality Assurance: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality and efficiency of IT services delivered to clients.
- Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance on complex IT issues, ensuring that the technical solutions deployed meet the highest standards.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all IT services comply with relevant industry standards and security protocols.
- Budget Management: Oversee the IT services budget, optimizing resources to achieve the best outcomes for both clients and the company.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: Competitive base salary in the range of $80,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
